On Sunday 14 December at 4.30 pm, the Festival Berio returns to the Corte dei Miracoli with the thirteenth episode of its journey dedicated to the Sequenze.

At the centre of this event is Sequenza II for harp, performed by Elena Gorna: a work that places the instrument in a dimension that is at once physical and suspended, between gesture, resonance and control of sound.

Accompanying the listening experience is an intervention by Mario Garuti, opening up a space for reflection and dialogue around the piece, its writing, and its place within Berio’s musical thought.

A new step in a path that views the Sequenze as living works, approached each time from different perspectives, under the artistic direction of Vincenzo Parisi.
