On Wednesday, 26 August, in the summer setting of the Teatro Giardino at Palazzo Zuckermann in Padua, NIMA KESHAVARZI AND FRANCESCA BONAITA will join the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto for one of the events in DANCES, OPV’s summer series presented as part of Castello Festival 2026.

Keshavarzi returns to the Orchestra’s podium with a programme spanning the twentieth century and reaching into the music of our time, from Béla Bartók’s Romanian Folk Dances to the world premiere of Marcello Panni’s Partita.

Francesca Bonaita makes her debut with the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto as soloist in Ottorino Respighi’s Concerto all’antica, a refined and virtuosic work in which Respighi looks back to Italy’s musical tradition through a distinctly twentieth-century sensibility.
